Features:

The API worker should
  - listen to new tweets
  - save new tweets to database
  - notify connected clients of new changes

Requests to the API should
  - be queryable by year
  - be sortable
    - by ascending
    - by descending


- A new tweet response should
  - contain a timestamp
  - be saved to couchdb
  - trigger a push event
    - notifies all connected clients of a change
